Located directly on the beach under the palm trees and looking out of the turquoise Caribbean, this relaxing hideaway has the chic atmosphere of a true boutique hotel.

Hotel Facilities:

The most important asset for the hotel is the shady beach. The Be Tullum has taken full advantage of its priviledged position by providing plenty of sun loungers, full-size day beds and sun umbrellas, together with a regular food and drink service. There is a small swimming pool. Bicyles are available to explore the local area or even cycle on a dedicated cycle way into the authentic Mexican town of tulum (about 4kms).

Beach Club and Bar:

The beach club offers a variety of services and amenities to make a day at the beach a memorable occasion with a pool, bar, restaurant, restrooms and showers, as well as beach chairs for guests. Full moon, starry sky, exotic flavors, nature all around, the sound of waves, candlelight, exquisite wine, and much more are to be enjoyed in our restaurant located a few paces from the ocean.

Jungle Suite:

12 spacious suites (700 sqft) distributed between the first 3 modules of rooms, surrounded by white sand, gardens and palm-trees. With private pool on the ground floor or Jacuzzi on the second floor.

Arena Suite:

6 spacious suites (700sqft) amidst lush tropical gardens and just steps away from the powder white sands and turquoise blue waters of our beach. All rooms have a private pool on the ground floor or a Jacuzzi on the second floor.

Ocean Suite:

2 Suites located on the second floor of the closest modules to the beach. These suites have a balcony, a Jacuzzi and a private terrace with a pool, where you will be able to enjoy the Tulum sunrise and the amazing sunset over the lagoon of Sian Ka'an. What to see locally:

By Bicycle or walk: At the Northern end of Tulum Playa are the awazing ruins of Tulum, built by the Mayan civilisation 300 years ago. It does get crowded get there at 8am sharp and you'll have at least an hour before the coach parties arrive
By Bicycle or taxi: Tulum town is a must. Plenty of local restaurants, shops selling locally made items such as ceramics, rugs, table cloths etc or just go for a evening walk and a drink
By Car or taxi: Akumal Bay is excellent for snorkelling and seeing the turtles that live is these sheltered waters 26kms away By Car: The ancient City of Coba built by the Mayans, it's about an hours drive

Airport of Arrival:

Cancun Airport is 60 minutes by Private Transfer to the hotel, alternative car hire is recommended if you want to look around. Airport collection 1.5 hours drive straight down Highway 307

Our Last Visit:

10th March 2014: We arrived just as the late afternoon sun was low in the sky and as the music in the bar started and waffted over the remaining sunbathers, you can see straight away why Be Tullum is so popular.
