Named after Admiral Nelson's most competent captains, Captain Rodney, he helped to arrest the island of St Lucia from the French. Rodney Bay is St Lucias premier resort with a long sandy beach stretching round the bay. In recent years this resort has improved enormously with more quality restaurants staring up. Le Brelotte Bay:

A wide bay with long palm fringed sandy beach, good for swimming and watersports. We Recommend Windjammer Landing

Marigot Bay:

Truely one of the Caribbeans most beautiful bays, chosen by Admiral Nelson to hide in wait prior to ambushing the passing French fleet. Also the location for the filming of Dr Dolittle in the 1960s.
