Under the direction of the Australian Chef, Millist the Lémuria Resort offers refined cuisine blending Seychellois flavours with traditional recipes of renowned French cuisine.
For lunch, the pool bar offers a range of snacks, sandwiches and salads, "à la Creole" which are spiced to tingle the palate.
"Legend Restaurant", main restaurant of the hotel, offers daily breakfast buffet as well as dinner buffets and theme evenings. For lunch, we propose light dishes, sandwiches, burgers and pastas. Tantalize your palate with subtle gastronomy featuring authentic original preparations
Seahorse restaurant offers for dinner a new "French fine dining menu" in a relaxed ambiance overlooking the golf course. For lunch, we have a simple, quick menu version with a selection of Pizzas and light dishes. A superb view of the 11th green fringed by a stretch of water reflecting the surrounding unfold in front of the restaurant.
With a breathtaking view of the two beaches Small and Grand Kerlan coves, "The Beach Bar and grill" is our seafood restaurant with a creole touch atmosphere. We have an à la carte selection of the catch of the day, seafood specialities as well as an extensive à la carte dinner menu.
For Children:
The "Turtle Club" comprises of a games room and a dinning area. It welcomes children between 4 to 12 years of age from 09 00 - 21 00 hrs.
Indoor and outdoor activites are organised daily under supervision and children menus are also available on request. Baby-sitting can be arranged rates on request.
Accommodation:96 Suites, 8 Villas and 1 Presidential Villa, all oriented towards the Indian Ocean, spreading over 101 hectares of land. The suites lie scattered along two pristine beaches, one southwest and one northwest. Each suite is positioned just 15 metres from the shore, discreetly nestled in the magnificient nature. All suites have shower, WC, hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, TV, DVD, stereo compact disc and cassette player, telephone and answering machine.
All Villas are serviced by a qualified 'Villa Master'. Guests booked in villas have access to all the hotel's facilities.
Sports and Health: The hotel provides a wide range of water and inland sports and as well as recreational activities. At the boathouse, non-motorized sports are offered in order to preserve nature.
