'Gustatio' -Its name is inspired by the Roman period in Vilamoura, since the Romans used to appreciate tasting menus called “Gustatio”. 'Marenostrum' - The floating a la carte restaurant Marenostrum is on the lake, set in the magnificent gardens. Its natural wood decoration pays tribute to local fishermen and their catch from the oceans.
