"Now firmly established as the finest hotel on Lanzarote, particularly with the recent completion of the marina complex in front of the hotel with many pleasant bars and restaurants.

Its good to know that you would like some feedback from our stay at the Volcan hotel.We have stayed before and it was still an excellent hotel. Lovely setting over looking the marina at Playa Blanca. The staff were efficient and changed our room (first one overlooked a road).
Food very good and plenty of choice, we only had 1 evening meal, because there are lots of lovely restaurants to eat round the Marina. Champagne served at breakfast (fizzy cava to be exact but it was very good)
The mini bus connecting was ok, but we had to wait about an hour for other people on other flights after us. Obviously this is the norm, so we cant complain, but we didn’t take up the return transfer, but paid for an taxi which wasn’t too dear. They wanted to pick us up 4 hours before our flight and its only half an hour to the airport, so we went for the more comfortable option for us.
Overall you were very helpful in our booking and we would use you again. We will return to the Volcan, but maybe for 10 days next time.Also a very minor point THE WEATHER WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!, beautiful blue skies every day, but of course that was beyond your control.Kind Regards
