Skiathos
Skiathos has been a favourite of ours for many years, it provides everything you would expect from a Greek island. Located in the Sporades islands it is very green, mostly pine trees, has miles of sandy beaches and crystal clear seas. Skiathos Town is a Jewell, a picturesque harbour with the constant movement of fishing boats and the hydrofoils heading for the other Sporades Islands, It has little street full of shops of all descriptions, markets and tavernas around the harbour.
Vassilias Bay:
Vassilias bay is a quiet, sandy beach with a spectacular view to the islands of Tsoungria and Arkos and the town of Skiathos. Its distance from the town of Skiathos is 3 km and from the airport 4 km.Achladies:
A small, quiet resort located next to a number of fantastic sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and is only 2 km away from the Skiathos Town. There are traditional Greek taverns and restaurants serving international cuisine, along with a handful of souvenir shops selling local crafts and pottery. There are also sports facilities available on the beach for those who wish to be more active. It is a beautiful holiday destination made rest and relaxation.Agia Paraskevi:
Situated in the south part of Skiathos, 7 kilometers away from Skiathos town. It has a beautiful golden sand beach with green-blue waters and has facilities for many water sports and you can rent a boat for small trips around the island.
