Hotel Kalimera Kriti resort is more of a Cretan village than a hotel. Spread over a considerable area around the bay and directly on the sea, the hotel is designed in the form of three villages which are harmoniously spread out in the landscape of extensive garden areas and designed in the traditional Cretan village style with village squares, passages and terraces filled with bouganvillea, trees and flowers. Further round the bay the main hotel is located with the reception,restaurants and bars. Hotel Kalimera Kriti is certainly up to speed as a family resort with a highly professionally run children's club.
The hotel is one kilometre from the village of Sissi, this former fishermen's village has remained untouched for years, around the small village centre and the picturesque little port you will find shops, tavernas and kafenions (the traditional Greek coffeehouse).

Stretched out over a extensive area with two fresh water swimming pools, one with Olympic dimensions, and a heated indoor pool.On the 300 metre long sandy beach and by the swimming pools the deck chairs, sunshades and towels are available free of charge. The main building features a vast, elegant reception area and a number of public areas such as bars, lounges, a bridge room and satellite television room. Centred around a small square are the hotel's Tavern, Cafeteria and the Sshopping Arcade. The shops include a boutique, souvenir and jewellry shop, a mini-market, leather and fur shop, and a shop specialized in Greek and Cretan products. An open-air theatre hosts evening events.

Carefully chosen cuisine, large verandas overlooking the swimming pools, the sea and the sunset, are the main characteristics of the "Artemis" buffet restaurant. A spectacular buffet breakfast is served here every mornings and evenings, gourmet and seafood specialities are served á la carte at the Taverna "Dionyssos' with an extensive list of quality greek wines. Each week there is a Fish Evening, Barbecue or Cretan Evening (supplement.) Next to a natural cave is a typical Greek kafenion (Coffee House), and on the beach a snack bar, Lobby/piano bar with fine views out to the Aegean Sea.Accommodation:
