Hi Paul
Thank you for your email.
We had a great time thank you, weather was fabulous, we could not fault the resort, it's staff or facilities. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained.
All the restaurants were good - in fact I would categorise East, Bombay, the Seafood Bar and Zen as excellent and Calligula/Hot Rocks with it's hot stone cooking great fun as well as tasty. The all inclusive package whilst it seemed complicated upon arrival, with certain bars and restaurants included at specific times, included covered everything, so no problems at all there.

Paul
We were impressed with your patience in sorting us the most suitable holiday, we would definitely use you again and recommend.
The Savoy's facilities including Soho Square are fabulous - we would return.
The quality and variety of food was excellent and of "european" standard.
The regional restaurants were authentic eg tepanyaki, chinese, italian.
Entertainment in Soho Square good.
The pools were great, could only swim in the middle heated one.
Staff very friendly and amenable.
Bowling / ice skating etc a great addition for children.
Plenty sunbeds, beach good (quite corally for little ones in places but fine)

Paul,
Many thanks for your email. It is very welcome to receive such a personal service from you and I will not hesitate to contact you with our future requirements.
The Savoy, in general, was as expected. In fact we did not leave the complex until yesterday afternoon following check-out when we made a quick trip to the “old market” which, quite frankly, did not live up to expectations. This is really the first vacation of its type I have taken, preferring, as a rule, self-catering villa vacations in the western Mediterranean.
All in all then, a good way to spend a week if you are happy to do nothing, except to eat, drink, read and sleep.
Once again, thanks for your help.
Kind regards,
Adrian Loader
