4th July 2011 "personal service you'll find nowhere else" On arrival at Sharm el Sheikh Airport, you are met by Michael (the hotel's friendly driver), he will take you the short journey to the hotel in the Royal Savoy's own limousine. At reception you will be welcomed by Hany Abdel Sayed the excellent Reception manager. Things get even better when you are shown your room or suite. Thanks for your enquiry. We had a great time, can certainly recommend the Savoy in Sharm, particularly the Royal Savoy section which we were lucky enough to have reserved via yourself. Our outward transfer was fine although it turns out that we could have been picked up by the hotel as staying at the Royal Savoy includes complimentary transfer by private car. We used this service on the return so did not need the arranged transfer although this was made available. We did meet with the representative from the local agency who was very pleasant and polite but actually we didn't need anything from him because of the excellent concierge service provided by the hotel.
All in all very satisfied customers.
