If you imagined the perfect Caribbean hideaway on a beautiful beach the Blue Waters Inn would be it. The deep blue of the ocean, to the golden sandy beach of Batteaux Bay, to the brilliant green of our lush hills - this is Blue Waters Inn. There is snorkelling and scuba diving right off of the beach and a full service P.A.D.I. (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) International Gold Palm (5 Star) Resort and Training Facility. The Blue Waters Inn has Tobago's finest hiking, birdwatching and Diving. Be awakened by a symphony of birds celebrating the new day, curious Manta Rays, richly overgrown coral reefs, hordes of friendly fish and highly impressive drift dives. The Blue Waters Inn is in a quiet location within a 15 minute walk from the small village of Speyside with a selection of small restaurants

Hotel Facilities:

The bay is known as Batteaux Bay (Boat Bay) - a private, sheltered horseshoe shaped bay with a golden sandy beach approximately 1000 feet long. The swimming is safe here year-round. Restaurant, cocktail bar, reception, television room.

Restaurants and Bars:

The 'Fish Pot' Restaurant specialises in seafood, Caribbean and International cuisine with a local flair. Cocktail bar.

Accommodation:

A total of 38 rooms. These include:-

Standard Room Sea Facing with either twin beds or a king size bed, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, balcony (1st floor rooms) or terrace (ground floor rooms).

Studio apartment Sea Facing with king size bed en suite bathroom with bath and shower, living and sleeping area and fully eqipped kitchenette, balcony (1st floor rooms) or terrace (ground floor rooms).
All bedrooms and apartments have air-conditioning ceiling fan, balcony or terrace.

Watersports:

There is snorkelling and scuba diving right off of the beach and a full service P.A.D.I. (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) International Gold Palm (5 Star) Resort and Training Facility, at present the only P.A.D.I. International Gold Palm Resort and Training Facility on the Island. The in-house dive operator is "AQUAMARINE DIVE LTD.", the only dive facility on Tobago that utilises our own 180 foot private dock for divers to easily board the dive boats. Also on offer kayaking, fishing and glass bottom boat tours.

Sports:

Floodlit "Activities Court" for tennis, basketball, soccer, and table tennis. There are also trails nearby for jogging, walking, etc. Golf, Squash, and Horseback Riding are also available.

Airport of Arrival:

Tobago Crown Point Airport is 60 minutes by private transfer.

24th January 2011: "Beautiful and peaceful location, ideal for a relaxing beach holiday or for the active diving, walking and birdwatching. The studio apartments are recommended, the fully equipped kitchenette comes in useful.".
