The Jardin Tecina is located high up on a cliff commanding excellent sea view and overlooking the 18 hole golf course, golf offers are available to hotel guests. La Tecina La Gomera is a rural retreat is low rise built in 'Canary Village' style with rooms spread throughout the gardens on two floors. Over the last decade the extensive gardens of the Jardin Tecina have flourished with the help of a team of full time gardeners, there is an extraordinary variety of bright, colourful sub tropical flora and fauna with many rare species. An elevator takes guests down to the Club Laurel located on the shingle beach where there is a sea water swimming pool and the a la carte restaurant. The village is approximately ten minutes walk away. The Jardin Tecina offers the unique charm, peace and ambience of a scenic Canarian Village.
Facilities: Five swimming pools (all heated when necessary), one at the Club Laurel, the rest situated around the gardens. Poolside bars, extensive sun terraces, comfortable lounge areas, Lifts are not required at the hotel as all rooms are first and second floor, however there is a lift from the hotel down to the beach and Club Laurel.

I am so sorry not to have responded to your ‘welcome home’ until now, but I have been away looking after grandchildren which is a full time job!
Thank you for organizing the holiday so well. Every transfer and detail worked without problems and we thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel Jardin Tecina. As a keen gardener I just loved the setting and on my first afternoon I was lucky enough to catch a tour of the gardens with the resident head of horticulture. The joy of the hotel is that the main buildings are in a traditional style with large airy public areas, (makes you think of the Mena House Hotel in Giza) The rooms, many of which are a short walk from the central building are just simple and modern. We had the basic room which was OK, but I think another time it would be worth upgrading to the next level. There are wonderful views in every direction, so a sea view is by no means essential. The food was perfectly nice and although not superb, the service and general ambience was delightful. The Golf was absolutely excellent. Very well run, not too expensive, given the fantastic course and the Clubhouse facilities were very reasonably priced. Transit to and from the Hotel could not be faulted. Again we appreciated the charming and friendly personnel.
I would certainly recommend the holiday to friends
