'Fusion' Inspiration came from 4 Asian countries: Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam. Here, the savours are developed in a personal interpretation, full of inspiration and creativity. 'Gustatio'

Its name is inspired by the Roman period in Vilamoura, since the Romans used to appreciate tasting menus called “Gustatio”. The Mediterranean restaurant Gustatio, with its beach hotel feel, is the breakfast room and also a restaurant serving the flavours and dishes of seven Mediterranean countries - à la carte or buffet meals

'Marenostrum'

The floating a la carte restaurant Marenostrum is on the lake, set in the magnificent gardens. Its natural wood decoration pays tribute to local fishermen and their catch from the oceans.

'Blue Lagoon'

The pool bar, surrounded by water, is a unique place to relax, enjoy a good snack or a refreshing drink.

The Lobby bar, 'Zanzibar', reflects the colours of Africa. This bar extends onto a terrace with views of the lake and the exuberant gardens. Here, we pay a tribute to Zanzibar, the island of the spices and its sunset. Ask for El Puro Menu and taste the best cigars.

'Jaipur' Tea Room

Afternoon tea has become a ritual almost everywhere and here teas from all over the world are carefully prepared and elegantly served. Jaipur recalls the India of our dreams: warm tones invite us to enjoy moments of relaxation, enhanced by discreet lighting and a very special atmosphere. Here the focus is on tea, its history and how it was introduced into Europe by the Portuguese. Ask for the Pink Afternoon Tea, a selection of sweets and teas.
